Biggest struggle to have, there is no immediate portal.
Make ur definition API and don't focus on IT systems.
To make it fast, rest calls with JSON standards. Messaging if we are expecting high volumes. Build a system working asynchronously. Preprocessing tools. You are receiving lot of data, like gps, number of messages is too high.
We should create a standard, that is easily used and integrated.
Constraints: Security, GDPR, ... 2 different systems: Special integration teams, devloppers and their jobs is to mapping in those systems. Don't make it too complex you own world.
What would you do ? Spend time in devloping interfaces, defining routes.
We will use an integration layer, (middle ware), we should try to pick easy ones (apache kafka, amazon tools, mulsoft, informatica, or else)
