40 stores and 40 corners in Galeries Lafayette shop. ⇒ rationale to have physical store ? Just an oppty to open stores (very appreciated) and generate business online. Role of the stores is more to show the products.

La Redoute for business : focus on home service (decorator, architect) - 7-8M€ business currently

Corporate culture to go toward agility and entrepreneurship. ⇒ change the mindset of the company.

Plans : move toward a data-driven organization, expand fleet of stores, accelerate internationally.

Operate marketplace : 70% own brand and 30% for other companies brands. For the marketplace, most of the orders are not managed (brands is managing). For big companies (Adidas, ...), La redoute purchases the stocks.
