How to convince customers there is ROI ? ⇒ it is a long process. SC are not very mature in that process. Qualify the problem and have discovery call. Go on-site and demo product (set up usecases) and trigger relevant usecases discussions. Then plan a workshop to demonstrate value and calculate value.

No focus on any industries. ⇒ Pharma is coming to them. Retail also (because very seasonal and wants to have shelf always full).
