role at ASML? we produce ship production and we deliver to customers like intel, samsung... I'm responsable for the whole logistics from supplier to asml and from asml to our clients. we have 300 suppliers

Do you often have disruptions from suppliers? Yes we don't have full viz

Communication? We have a weekly pace in our department. We have a MRP, algorithm is running every weekend. Once a week we have the shortages, and we communicated to suppliers.

Do u have viz? Yes for some suppliers where it goes better than for others.

What is your top 3 priorities working on? ASML is going very fast, we recruit 1000 people last year. Knowledge in the department is an issue. Keeping things done at the suppliers, supplier logisitc departments is working in making better relation with suppliers. Small suppliers because of the volume become very big. Make sure suppliers can follow our demand. But our demand is not very often stable.

Measure risk//Cost? we give plans of asml to suppliers and we try to measure record of suppliers.
