Intro : We are an early-stage startup. We want to make interactions in between companies supply chains more reliable and fight against the bullwhip effect. We talked to many many industry experts in France for the past months and we arrive at the conclusion that the big cause of the bullwhip effect is due to the lack of visibility in the extended supply chain. We would like to launch a SC Operating Network, which is truly standard and targeted for easy integration and smaller companies ⇒ in order to scale fast to benefit from the network effect. What we learned so far is that the deployment of control towers are long and very expensive. So, we want to switch this by building an easy to deploy, more cost friendly solution. We want to use machine learning to help users integrate easily and clean data and then provide standard alerting mechanisms.
We believe that the first step toward a real autonomous efficient supply chain management is through having a single network imposing itself.
