Activities completed on Fluidra side:

• Data clean-up → 90% clean

• Daily data received from PoolCorp and integration into Fluidra until 10am

• Synchronization of PoolCorp and Fluidra data, e.g. on PO info

Scope:

• Region: South West/ Division: Texas

• Product family: JXI

• API Only: Delivery of demand forecast, replenishment plan and minimum stock suggestions (weekly timebucket)

• Roll-out of the Flowlity application only in the 2nd step

Data:

• Fluidra does not have information on what items were shipped → assumption used that average transportation time is 10 days (in reality between 5-15 days)

• PoolCorp has part of their stock reserved for Sales → No visibility in the data
