• Competitive advantage on ability to aggregate and the quality of forecast —> We have validated and we see you are better than other tools, e.g. Anaplan

• More a “stand by” than “no go” because what is lacking is more on the functionalities in the App

• Feels like the algorithm is the more difficult part

• We dont have people and we are not able to hire to write specifications on what functionalities to help with the development

• Comparison gap to other tools
  • Anaplan is already pretty complete, so only parametrisation to be done

• What is the biggest priority at Lisi
  • Secure raw material
  • Hire production personelle
  • Ramp-up of the market, e.g. capacity increase

• 2nd pricing was ok for demand management, stock management pricing was not validated

• Project Mgmt - improvements
  • Access earlier, e.g. with a smaller business case, e.g. 10 items
  • Makes it faster to assess the functionalities
  • Static data for imaginary customer is enough, e.g. with different cases
    • High runners and low runners
    • Aggregated or non-aggregated
  • Show better forecast by comparing against standard statistical methods, e.g. “Moving average” —> most of the tools pushing for “Moving average”, so if you able to show the difference to those tools, it is very powerful —> also to convince internal stakeholders

Next steps:

• Lisi will restart the project in beginning of 2023 —> restart conversation

• Currently focus is to do data entry of supply chain data into the database
