1/3 of orders must be delivered within 24 hours = responsiveness.
Constraints :
- Storage restrictions on certain product categories = Seveso constraints. Sometimes we come close to the threshold for certain categories (toxic / harmful environment, etc.)
- perishability: taken into account when supplying the MP (sometimes very short shelf life = very little stock must be kept)
- not a constraint on PF: they are consumed quickly even if they have a shelf life. Work in progress on dormant stocks
