Scope of the program for Flowlity
We will not integrate our current customers (CAMIF, Voestalpine, Saint-Gobain, etc.) during the SAP IO program because they are on old version of SAP (R3).
SAP allows API fetching only for their new product (S4, Ariba), so the goal for us is to get new customers
through the SAP AppCenter.

1:1 Meeting Strategy and Objectives of the program / 13/10/20
Objective 1 : build a MVI (minimum viable integration) to get in the app center. Integrate Matdoc from S4 as a first step ? Dès que c'est enclenché, discuter avec Claudio pour valider le MVI. Ne pas attendre et faire qqch dans notre coin.
Step 2. Pour le reste bosser avec les équipes SAP pour construire une intégration plus complète. Prendra plusieurs mois : Ariba, R3, ...
Objectifs business : 3 POC à fin mars. => startup construit du pipe le fond à la sueur. Solliciter les équipes SAP à fond pour créer du lead. Identifier nos 10 comptes prio SAP pour le prochain call.
Mentors
We need to book the meetings ourself. We need to rank the 4 preferred people (look at the mentors video). SAP IO will do the mentors assignments.
We will get two mentors : one for sales and one for product or tech.
