General feedback: Make sure we say the correct word, make it more humans, make stories,

Good justification analogy for the problem, clear. This is called the bullwhip effect, good

Give more details in term of solution
I didn’t answer to question in terms of solution: Talk about stories with customers, (like few weeks ago I talked with this customer).
Ex: Lactalis, supply chain coordinator. And always bring back to solution
Use hands to give example.
Why I didn’t hear that CPG is industry we focus=> talk abut it in the beginning
We think is well-suited=> We need to prove it not think
Don’t use think, believe => know, are certain, validate, able to demonstrate
Good example of why people need this solution
We think we are => no, we are able to
It worth a try=> not convincing, say it’s definitely worth to try. Make sure we are using strong terms. We are relevant to , we have the capacity to bring value
Linkedin and maybe marketing events? We’ll see way bigger. Short term, long term
Competitor? I will structure like: there are lot of competitors. Is better share the answers . And finish sentences by giving all the answers.

Presentation style:
- Start with the big picture: We start by a story, but we need to start with the big vision this is the massive vision then the story to illustrate it.
- Why to reduce shortages and inefficiencies? Why the world is gonna be different? They want to see visionaries. If we can make the supply chain super effective, what gonna enable.
- Always pyramids
- Good dynamic between us
- Tell more stories about customers
- Founder market fit, is it unique solution, why massive company
- Do you really understand customers problems? Can you make me feel the customers problems?
- Big problem: Show more traction and that people are willing paying us to solve the solution. It's exciting business, antiquity industry!
- People wants to learn from us, we need to surprise them and tell new stories from our industry!
