Pitch W3

What is the problem that you are solving?

Suppliers are causing huge disruptions in the supply chain.

Look at this phone. It is build with hundreds of components coming from very diverse suppliers from all around the world. One very small and cheap component that is arriving late can stop the entire production and make the company loose a lot of money. In the automotive industry, they sometimes use an helicopter to ship a component not to stop the production line.

For most companies, there is actually no visibility on the status of the supply orders. They are mostly fire-fighting when problems occur. Meanwhile suppliers are facing lot of pressure from their customers to improve their communications.

How have you validated your problem?

We validated our problem by having 25 customer calls and 3 of them were ready to buy the solution if it was already there. Now we have 2 on-site follow-ups to co-validate the solution we have in mind.

What is one learning you discovered from having had a Hard Conversation with your co-founder?

Since the first day, Karim and I talked about how and why we want to build a company, our respective roles in the short and long terms. We give feedback to each other naturally, and we communicate a lot. No hard conversations but only constructive conversations so far.

Hustle Factor

About the hustle factor, we had this specific person we want to talk to, working for Daher (aerospace actor). We already scheduled a call 5 times with her so far but she is always so busy. But we keep hustling.
