What we have done last week ?

  1. 14 calls to :
    1. confirm aerospace is a good market
    1. understand better integration possibilities (talk with IT)
    1. Planned follow-ups with Saint-Gobain, Casino and ASML
  1. Brainstorm to structure problem, solution, market and risks and communicate better on those
  1. Start to write white papers to give more details for customers to follow-up. ⇒ driven by requirements from our calls.

  1. Follow-up on existing leads and new leads generation (target : Supply Chain innovation, going out of France ?)
  1. Solution ⇒ What do you think we should do there ?; Dig into security technology.
  1. Review our white paper ?
  1. Did we forget anything ? What should we do to move faster to be even more productive ?

Week 6 preparation

Agenda :

Last week?

Better chances to get a POC (credibility) & solution!

Landing pages / white paper done.

Biggest questions was around how are we unique? how can we put barriers to entry?

⇒ ML (interpretability + open data) + low cost of acquisition + standard solution.

Then solution? How make it simple (minimum features) that solves most of the problems?

Mock up brainstorm: Start a mock up for this week.

Talk with industry and competitors: Elementum, Airbus (Air Supply), JDA.

Sending white paper to all our contacts that wants to move forward.

What we want to talk about?

Next week? Finish the mock-up. Meeting on-site with some client and asking for advisor. Contact more potential clients, and prepare potential demo. Think more about uniqueness.

What did u learn from your exchange with Airbus?

Make sure we communicate better on communicating our intuition. Share with data and strong facts.

Easy to plug-in? Why is it difficult to plug in? Custom solutions: What are the alerts and what do u want to have? Fantastic, help the user to clean the data better. Making it easy to clean data, and use it. Add more data on why our solution is good.

How would you create a network?

Double sided market: This is strong cuz (ok) you are building network but which is strong is that I see you as a SaaS that brings value fast and if others connect I will have much more value.

What to do now? Work on solution // How many customers are u talking now?

Product market fit! ⇒ Think about all possible solutions. Validating that the users will use it.

+ Have a better clarity on the go-to-market strategy.
