Imagine an algorithm, a completely new approach that would divide inventories by 2, while reducing shortages. A solution that could save hundreds of billions of euros for many businesses while preserving the planet: less waste, less unnecessary transport... Is it possible?

Let me introduce myself: I'm Jean-Baptiste Clouard, CEO and co-founder of Flowlity. I have spent my entire career working at different Supply Chain software vendors. I could see that none really manage to solve inventory issues despite the millions of euros injected by their customers. Each year, nearly 2,000 billion of $ are lost due to shortage or overstocking. In 15 years, inventory days of coverage have increased by 32%

Now I have great news. There is a secret recipe that we can apply to solve all these problems: it is the total transparency of data between a company and its suppliers.

However, it does not work! Companies, for strategic reasons, do not share their sensitive information, such as inventory and production plans with their business partners.

Flowlity makes the impossible, a reality. We are an intelligent and trusted 3rd party that synchronizes a company with their suppliers. We collect the data from the different parties then with our artificial intelligence algorithms, we give forecasts and recommend the stock levels to have without the different players needing to share the data between them. Why intelligent? We reinvented traditional inventory optimization algorithms by harnessing the power of Artificial Intelligence and our 3rd party network. This leads to incredible improvements in inventory management. We need 2x less inventories while increasing fulfillment at the same time.

For example with Plansee, an multi-billion Austrian manufacturer, leader its industry, we have shown that it is possible to reduce stocks by around 45% while decreasing stockouts by 68%.

And we obtained the same results at Saint-Gobain, Bosch, Voestalpine, Danone and others... And for that, our SaaS solution only requires 3 months of implementation.

Flowlity is 2 years old. We are booming ⇒ we went from 2 to 16, we multiplied our turnover by 10 between 2019 and 2020. Because our approach is unique and the satisfaction of our users, we were named among the 50 most promising European startups by McKinsey and Google.

We have set ourselves a mission: to end inventory problems across the entire supply chain. We are in the process of winning this bet. Thank you for your attention.
