How to use this at our advantage ? ⇒ stating that we are going out of retail and articulate our right to win, our differentiator. Lay out competitive landscape. Prefer the matrix and add fundedness (or incumbency), sector agnostic.
- Plug & Play : we pitched yesterday in front of 60 executives in retail. Went ok. Answer next week.
