1- Explain dashboard

• stock projection available in quantity and in value

• explain the stock coverage / inventory turnover curves

• Assess Flowlity performance:
  • 0-stock day
  • forecast accuracy

• show that you can filter by tag, for example a product family

• Orders to validate in priority

2- Explain the alerts, Planning & Orders tab

• explain the 3 types of stock alerts

• click on 'out of stock' alerts

• explain that you can navigate between your alerts, filter by product or tag, by alert type, display or hide alerts during the frozen horizon. You can also 'snooze' (hide alerts) if you can't act on them in order to focus only on actionable products

• click on an out of stock alert
  • product A if perishable
  • product B if not perishable
  • explain the Planning tab
    • replenishment constraints at product level: moq, lot size, lead time
    • possibility to filter by tag → show a tag by product family + show a tag by supplier
    • replenishment constraints at supplier/ order level: moq in quantity/ volume/ € - full trucks → show an example on supplier 1: go to list of orders
      • in Planned orders: filter on the supplier, the orders respect the franco
      • in Purchase Orders: filter on the supplier, one order is not respecting the constraint and Flowlity gives an alert
  • once you agree on the recommended orders, you can download all of them (from the app or automatically) or you can select the orders you want to download from the Order tab

  3- Focus on demand planning

  • go to the Demand tab, show the same product (with seasonality)
  • show a tag & explain tag disaggregation (both from tag to product and from month to week)
  • explain how to enter a promotion
    • A promotion can be either a % of impact on the sales or a % of price reduction
    • Ideally, we retrieve the history of prices to be able to measure the impact of a promotion on the baseline; then we automatically adjust our forecast when you enter a promotion in Flowlity
    • Pre-set-up an example of promotion
  • life cycle management
    • new products → define a similar product
    • end of sales → pre-setup an example

  4- Supplier portal

  • delivering 2 distribution centers at the customer
  • show the order page ⇒ all confirmed orders
  • show the demand page ⇒ visually see the evolution of the products
  • possibility to download all orders
  • (reports sent by Flowlity: to be rediscussed)
