Please find hereby a request for a consultation regarding a forecast software project.
This study concerns Legrand company, French industrial group and the global specialist in electrical and digital building infrastructures, with high stakes in terms of Demand Planning.
The consultation folder is composed of the 3 following attached documents to give you the insights and rules to be followed :
- input file for RFI (PDF file) which describes Legrand's context and forecasting process we want to put in place,
- RFI's answer grid (Excel file) composed of 9 topics/sheets : response guidelines, functional requirements, non-functional requirements, IT, company information, project methodology, costing, customer references and selection criteria example. The 7 sheets in bold you have to complete to answer this consultation.
- Q&A (Excel file) : to fill in if you have any question about the RFI during the consultation period. This is our preferred way to exchange.
We recommend you to read carefully the input file for RFI before you begin to complete the RFI's response grid.
